Before I begin, I would like to thank everyone who has already completed and shared the questionnaire. Your support is a huge help in making this research possible. Since its publication, I have received 22 responses. My goal is to reach 100 responses and conduct 20 interviews. Do you know someone with ADHD who has not yet participated? Feel free to share the questionnaire or put us in touch.
It is Saturday, September 20, and the research has gotten off to a strong start. The website is fully operational, and I have created both an Instagram page and a Facebook page. My first Instagram post, asking people to complete and share the questionnaire, has already been viewed 405 times on our page. In addition, the post by Groepspraktijk La Lys about the questionnaire has reached around 300 views.
What am I currently working on?
Designing and printing flyers
Analyzing the data I have received so far
Creating content for social media
Developing a consistent visual identity for the MIND Project (font, colors, logo, style, layout, images, etc.)
Contacting experts for interviews, spreading the questionnaire, and gathering useful information for the research
Attending a lecture on alternatives to ADHD medication
Reading books such as The ADHD Guide by Arnoleon (Arno Van De Velde)
Searching for information about medication online
Distributing the questionnaire as widely as possible
Planning interviews
Reaching out to the press to help spread the questionnaire and possibly find sponsors
I am still looking for experts, patients, and relatives who are willing to participate in an interview, as well as ADHD patients to complete my questionnaire. There are no age requirements. However, the questionnaire should only be filled out by patients with an official diagnosis of ADHD, or by those for whom an expert has a strong suspicion of the diagnosis.
You can find more information about our research on the website. With your help, I hope to make a valuable contribution to the ongoing debate about ADHD medication. Thank you for your support.
